For all ITAIAN and FOREIGN CYCLSTS NON MEMBERS OF CYCLING TEAM the fee includes the activation of insurance coverage for the day of the event, (non-refundable in case of non-participation) is for the activation of the insurance policy RC, limited to the duration of the event.The membership regularizes the position of the participant from the insurance point of view as long as he is in possession of the medical certificate of fitness for competitive sports practice cycling discipline pursuant to art. 4 of Ministerial Decree 164 / 24.04.2013. This certificate must not be more than one year before the date of the event to which it intends to participate. Otherwise participation will not be allowed. The issue of the a forementioned card entails the obligation to hold a valid identification document and it is also obligatory to complete and sign the ethical declaration at the same time as issuing the daily card both for Italian and foreign citizens, as envisaged from the press release No. 2 of the SAN

The application fee includes:
– Technical packet (race number for front of bike, race number to be placed on participant’s back);
– Race packet;
– Timing;
– Security;
– Medical assistance;
– Technical and mechanical assistance (spare parts excluded);
– Showers and bathrooms;
– Refreshment stands throughout the race and at the finish line;
– Pizza party.

‘INCLUSION OF BLIND AND PARALYMPIC ATHLETES’ PROJECT

We are delighted to offer all blind people thei companions and Paralympic athletes the opportunity to participate in the Granfondo del Po free of charge. Our project promotes inclusion and access to sport for all!

For blind people: We offer FREE PARTECIPATION for the TANDEM (for blind cyclists and who must come with their own tandem and accompanied by a companion (who must be registered). The accompanying cyclist will ensure safety and support during the race.

For para-athletes: All para-athletes, regardless of discipline, can participate in the competition free of charge.

Requirements for participation:

Valid medical certificate for cycling.

Registration with a sports club (or activation of a day pass at a cost of €10, also for blind, companions and para-athletes).
